I am working with the company from last three years. As I am development-training manager right now but according to me, I am good enough to be a manager because of my good experience. I put the concept of the stairway-training programme by deciding with the Liz day kin to help manage the change that was coming to the business and looking at it as a big opportunity rather than a problem. I am having good skills of the customer services. According to me, customer care is very vital in the collections department. As before the stairway programme, everybody was showing less commitment towards the business and with the customer satisfaction. Even nobody was aware of what was happening in the company. There were no team discussions, seminars and meetings among the staff such as line managers, supervisors and rest of the staff. Nothing in the company was properly structured and it was the case of "them versus us" as far as the whole staffs was concerned. I work on the concept of thinking every customer as an individual and our staffs have to respect that customer. I had clear directions, I knew very well where I wanted to be, and I expect mine staff to be at that position instantly. I believe in work together in groups rather than individual job.
As our company was going under crisis slowly and slowly, but because of mine and Daykin's combined effort, I showed that things could change if every task is done under positive environment rather than negative culture among the staff. I showed excellent turnover by generating the important issues like customer services within the company. According to me, learning is a continuous process and I am always looking to develop and improve the performance of the every individual by concentrating effectively. I think that stairway is the journey, which has to be checked for its development and progress in relation to the business. As by doing this programme, the profit of the company arises to some extent and everybody was taking their respective tasks very seriously and helping each other as well during the time of the threats and big issues.

On the other had I had done four months diploma in home cooking. I can make delicious Indian curries as well.

To fulfil my personal development plan, first of all I search for the weaknesses in the company and afterward I directly take the actions to cure them. For example, if there will be any type of negative arguments among the employees then i will solve their problem. I concentrate on the better planning and problem solving skills. My short-term learning objectives will be re-developing the present marketing strategy towards the future growth and generating the sales quickly in the short term. If the company is not doing better then I will locate the focus of mine employees on generating quick profits in less span of time.

I had worked as a supervisor in pizza hut. I was a part-time employer. I had learnt many valuable things while working there. My major job in the work place was to guide the employers and to deal with the customers very effectively. It was very interesting job because I used to deal with customers of different cultures and backgrounds. That sharpens mine communication and speaking skills a lot. I was very friendly with the staff and I never refuse any of my team member for helping them in their specific tasks.
