Importance of to Review and Monitor a Plan:-

Monitoringthe efficiency and effectiveness of policies, rules or other methods in policy statements or plans(plan monitoring) is an important part of the resource management planning process. It is an ongoing activity throughout the planning cycle to assess how well the plan is working. Policy and plan effectiveness monitoring helps determine the need for further action, and possible changes and improvements in policy statements and plans, or in actions taken to implement them.

Monitor the implementation of policy and plans. It is essential to know that plan methods are being implemented before checking that anticipated outcomes are being achieved. Remember monitoring is a systematic and ongoing process rather than a one-off task. This means there will be a continuous review process for policies and plans.

Self Review:-

Self review in a personal development plan is very important because of this you can easily judge your abilities and skills. Through self review you can understand about your strength and weaknesses.

Self review is an important step towards personal development, because the inner person gives good suggestions and gives the true comments. Once you satisfied by your own work then you can easily satisfy others o. So, self review in a personnel development plan is very important for the worthiness and its implementation.

Reflective Record of Management skills:-

In beginning a reflective learning in management, I had to make a conscious effort to recognize my own learning experiences; to make a normally subconscious process much more deliberate. My initial reaction to the task of management was awesome and marvelous. It was certainly a curse of some sort. I didnt recognize it as a beneficial piece of work.

My feelings towards a reflective management experience were a developing process. When I began management the first few entries into my management experience feelings were a confused mixture. I could not determine whether reflecting upon my learning felt a natural process that I went through on an everyday basis but was now putting onto paper or whether it was a forced process that I was adhering to as a requirement of the course. I think at the outset I was forcing myself to think about my learning in a way I had not knowingly done before.

However, once I had taught myself to recognize my learning experiences, the company became a more natural process. I was simply managing something that I had thought about in my head already. And as I became more used to this I began to feel as though I could extend my thinking by management. I had to write it down for the purposes of the course anyway but at the same time I found a company through which to develop my thinking. In some cases, I managed to find a way to improve my practice just by spending the extra time thinking about it. I felt that perhaps this would be a beneficial experience after all.

Importance of Team Work:-

Team work is very important in the completion of any task given by the management. Without team work it would be very difficult to achieve your goals and objectives. Individually you cant do anything. In management team work and relationship among the group members or the staff members is very important, and if there is good chemistry among the staff that would be very good for the company in achieving its objectives and goals.

Like in any game a team can never win whenever the whole team could not perform well as a unit. Team spirit is very important during the game. Good coordination amongst the team player becomes the cause of win. And if there is lack of confidence and lack of coordination among the team players that team never win the game.

So, in management team work is very important in achieving the objectives and goals of the company.

Conclusion:-

  • Personal Development Plan (PDP) means the strategy for the company through which we can easily understand about the weaknesses and strength of the company.
  • It is also very important in a PDP that the person should evaluate himself/herself through some presumed parameters.
  • Policy and plan effectiveness monitoring helps determine the need for further action, and possible changes and improvements in policy statements and plans, or in actions taken to implement them.
  • In management team work is very important in achieving the objectives and goals of the company.
